Kevin Thomas Construction is a boutique builder that focuses its efforts in the western suburbs of Chicago. We only build a few homes a year, which allows us to concentrate on being the best — not the biggest. We specialize in crafting architecturally distinct homes that have timeless beauty and modern lasting functionality.

We pride ourselves on having the ability to see the ‘big picture’ while skillfully executing the smallest of details. By using a balance of time tested craftsmanship and proven modern building practices you can be assured each home we build will embody our client’s vision and last for generations.

It is our strong belief that no amount of policies, procedures, or contracts will substitute for good communication. Each custom home, renovation, remodel, or addition requires hundreds if not thousands of decisions to be made.
