About The Owner

Kevin Thomas Egan grew up in a southwest suburb of Chicago. While working as a laborer for a local plumbing and irrigation company he gained a deep interest in construction. After high school, Kevin obtained a degree in Civil Engineering from Bradley University. He not only learned such things as structural design and construction management, but he learned to view construction as a science—a right and wrong way to do things that can be proven. After a few engineering internships, he quickly learned that an engineering firm was not the place for him, but rather taking a more hands on approach to home building is what he wanted to do.

After graduation, Kevin went right to work for some of Chicagoland’s best home builders, managing the construction of high-end homes in some of the area’s most prestigious communities. Over the years of building homes, his most valuable lesson learned is that building is a collaborative effort. You will never know everything about building, but you should develop relationships with those that are experts in their fields. Kevin has worked on developing these relationships with some of the area's best subcontractors, architects, and engineers whom share his values and enable him to build beautiful lasting homes. Kevin has devoted many years to home building and will continue to do so for many to come.
